Hexfray in 2020

Added Training Camp by mahks plus also fixed the order of maps in the New Game menu and made this map the first, followed by Toxic Waltz. Thanks for the great maps! [18_full]

I would say the map still favours the blue a bit. Maybe move blue soldiers in a way that enable blue player to capture one base during the first turn while red captures two bases during the same period.
